The Many Ways We Get The Job Done
CNC Cutting
We maintain a precise plate inventory and select the most suitable cutting method鈥擯lasma, Waterjet, or bandsaw鈥攆or each project. Every cut is carefully programmed, precisely executed, and thoroughly inspected to ensure accuracy and quality.
CNC Machining
Using the programmed part data, we set up and calibrate CNC equipment to exact specifications. Rigorous inspection and continuous monitoring ensure that all finished dimensions meet tight tolerances.
Forming
After reviewing the drawings, we select the correct punch and die sets and program the CNC brake to achieve accurate bends. Each part is checked to confirm it matches the required specifications.
Welding
Certified under CSA W47.1 and W47.2, our welders follow detailed drawings to prepare and sequence each weld for strength and minimal distortion. Every joint is welded to meet both structural and aesthetic standards.
Fabrication
Using approved drawings, we gather the required components, prepare tools, and carry out fabrication with precision, ensuring the final product meets all technical and functional specifications.
Sandblasting
Parts are grouped by final color and arranged for optimal blasting angles. We then sandblast to spec, ensuring clean, consistent surface prep for painting or coating.
Painting
Grouped parts are arranged for ideal spray angles and lighting. After mixing and applying the paint, parts are baked to cure the finish, then carefully inspected for coverage, adhesion, and consistency.
Assembly
This is where it all comes together. We collect parts, follow the build package, and assemble everything to specification. A final inspection ensures quality before handing it off to shipping.
From Dispatch to Delivery
Once assembly is complete and approved, our shipping team gathers, secures, and packages all parts for transport. Items are palletized, loaded, and prepared for delivery鈥攅nsuring everything arrives in perfect condition.
